Join us as we discuss how to make the deliberate decision to be joyful. Taking the first step to live a life of contentment. Explaining the difference between joy and happiness. Creating a baseline of joy in your life.
Session 3: The WEN Wellness Guide to Mindset Work
Join us as we discuss how to make the deliberate decision to be joyful. Taking the first step to live a life of contentment. Explaining the difference between joy and happiness. Creating a baseline of joy in your life.
Session 4: The WEN Wellness Guide to Confidence, Self Love, & Acceptance (plus gentle yoga)
Join us for a mini workshop about how to release control and others' opinions. Finding your tribe - people that love and support you unconditionally. Finding your confidence, self worth, self love, self esteem. Living your life authentically and feeling free of judgment. Followed by a 45 minute all-levels yoga flow.
Session 5: The WEN Wellness Guide to Setting Boundaries and Better Communication
Join us for a discussion about how to remove or limit toxicity from your life. Actively seeking desirable atmospheres and interactions at home, work, within your family life, etc. Recognizing the people that give and take your energy and how to adjust accordingly.
Session 6: The WEN Wellness Guide to Self Care and Support
Join us for a discussion about how to find resources and outlets that work for you. Feel your feelings - Grief. Pain. Suffering. Sadness. That shit is hard. This is not "you'll be fine" "time heals all wounds" "everything happens for a reason" toxic positivity advice.
Session 8: The WEN Wellness Guide to Living a Life You Love
Join us for a discussion about how to find contentment in and through all circumstances - The Good, The Bad, The Ugly. When things are bad/hard/difficult, looking for the light, looking for the lesson, and seeing the bigger picture.
Session 9: The WEN Wellness Guide to Creating Balance
Join us for a discussion about how to find balance between rest and productivity, breathing easy with movement and meditation, and just being yourself with more mindfulness and acceptance. This is a wrap up that will include nuggets and takeaways from each session leaving the participants with reminders that will help them have more peace, hope, love, and joy.
