Yoga for Everyone 🧘♀️ Join us for a calming, inclusive yoga class designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re brand new to yoga and curious about learning the foundations, or an experienced yogi seeking a slower, more gentle flow, this class offers a supportive space for all levels. You’ll be guided through mindful movement, breathwork, and accessible poses with options and modifications provided throughout. The focus is on relaxation, mobility, and reconnecting with your body—no pressure, no expectations, just intentional movement. Perfect for adults of all ages and abilities, this class is an opportunity to unwind, build strength and flexibility, and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and restored. Come as you are.
